Baldwin Farm was originally established in 1859 and remained a family property until the Casey family purchased it in 2017 to restore it to operation. The farm now raises a variety of livestock, including laying chickens, pasture-raised broilers, cattle, hogs, and turkeys. They focus on cultivating healthy, natural food by humanely raising their animals on lush pastures using only organic feed and abstaining from growth hormones and antibiotics.
