Black Cat Organic Farm is a 500-acre certified organic farm near Boulder, Colorado, growing more than 250 heirloom and heritage cultivars, as well as grains they seed, clean, and mill themselves. The farm also raises heritage breeds of sheep, pigs, chickens, and geese, all pasture-raised with holistic management and without hormones, GMOs, or routine antibiotics. Their diverse harvest supplies the farm store, CSA, Boulder Farmers’ Market, and the award-winning menus of their restaurants.
