Briars Farmstead is the homeplace of the Szechenyi family in the Northern Shenandoah Valley, offering nourishing, farm produced foods. Operating for over 90 years, the farm near Winchester provides a variety of pastured meats and grass fed dairy. The family uses regenerative farming practices and land stewardship to produce grass fed beef, pasture raised pork and chicken, eggs, and raw dairy for the community.
