Broken Horn D Ranch raises Criollo cattle, a Spanish origin breed specially adapted to hot, arid climates. These smaller, lighter framed cattle efficiently utilize natural feedstuffs, consuming less than traditional breeds. Their beef is exceptionally tender, low in fat and cholesterol, high in protein and Omega 3's, and meets USDA Grass Fed, NE3, and Age & Source standards.
