We are a 24 acre diversified organic farm in Gardiner, NY. Established in 1988 by Jay and Polly Armour, Four Winds grew a large selection of nutrient-dense organic vegetables in rich soil that we manage in a no-till production system. We also raised grass fed beef, pastured chickens, and pastured pork.
