Hawthorne Valley Farm is a 900 acre Biodynamic farm in upstate New York that has practiced organic agriculture since 1972. Their mission is to care for the land, grow nourishing food, and connect people to their sustenance. The farm avoids GMOs, synthetic chemicals, and pesticides, focusing instead on building fertility through composting, rotational grazing, and crop diversity.
