Guided by organic standards, the farm maintains field fertility using cover crops, rotations, and compost, completely avoiding conventional chemical fertilizers, pesticides, and herbicides. They raise 100% grass fed and finished cattle and sheep, and pastured pigs supplemented with local vegetables, bread, fruit, and grain, conscientiously avoiding antibiotics and synthetic hormones.
