Jessen Wheat Company is a fifth-generation family farm located in the tri state area of Wyoming, Nebraska, and Colorado. The farm uses traditional tillage methods and zero chemicals to raise organic wheat, barley, peas, lentils, chickpeas, hay millet, alfalfa, and dry edible beans. In addition to cultivating these crops, the family also operates a certified organic and regenerative grain elevator.
