Kummrow Farm's Battle Creek Beef & Bison has been a family farm in the Village of Summit since 1886, with the fifth generation currently active on the property. After operating as a dairy farm until 1995, the farm transitioned to raising Beef and Bison (American Buffalo). Since 1993, the farm has been committed to providing a natural, healthy alternative by raising their animals, feed, and produce completely free of herbicides and chemical pesticides.
