Lake Meadow Naturals was founded by Dale, who started raising cage free chickens in Central Florida in 2000 on the Lake Meadow property. The farm raises hens to produce cage and hormone free chicken and duck eggs, later expanding its product list to include poultry and other heritage items. The farm also operates a commercial kitchen that produces hand crafted jams, jellies, and fermented products in small batches. Lake Meadow Naturals is dedicated to educating the community about where their food is produced and works with other farms to bring humanely raised natural meats to customers.
