Lau Family Farm is a fifth generation operation that transitioned to raising 100% grass fed and grass finished beef and lamb sixteen years ago. The family decided to concentrate on completely forage fed animals, selling their specialty products directly to customers to sustain the farm. This high elevation land, which has been farmed since the 1870s, is best suited for growing pasture and hay, allowing the farm to be faithful stewards of the land and animals while producing tasty and nutritious meat.
