Long Days Farm specializes in a variety of vegetables, including asparagus, peppers, beets, carrots, Brussels sprouts, and cherry tomatoes, along with strawberries, blueberries, and large blackberries, all grown using organic practices. The farm is best known for its culinary and seed garlic, currently growing four superior flavor varieties. Additionally, the farm maintains a flock of around 30 free range hens, including Wyandottes, Wellsummers, and Eastereggers, which are fed locally grown, GMO free feed.
