Oake Knoll Farms is committed to preserving farming traditions while embracing new technologies and eco friendly practices to provide high quality dairy products. The farm uses best management practices with sustainable agriculture to offer the community high quality milk, cheese, and meat from its 100% grass fed, grass finished A2 Ayrshire cows. Cows are managed to ensure their comfort, intensively grazing during the summer and having a choice of hay consumption inside or outside during the winter.
