The farm is fully sustainable, raising its own hay for seasonal feeding, using no grain or corn, and producing USDA-certified 100 percent grass-fed beef. Prier Farms also raises its own replacement heifers for breeding and herd replenishment, purchasing bulls as needed, and currently maintains five Angus/Limo crossbreeds. All meat is processed in a USDA-approved facility in Fair Grove, Missouri.
