Red Briar Farm is located in central Alabama, situated at the base of the Cheaha mountains. Their cattle are raised on wide open pastures of mixed native grasses, clover, and fescue, and they are provided with free flowing, spring based streams for water. The farm's beef is antibiotic free and pasture fed, and the steers are harvested at a minimum of two years old to ensure full flavor development.
